How to maintain your health by knowing your body type

In the last 20 years tantalizing pieces of information about body types have been channeled.

The four topics we will discuss are: what defines each body type, what foods work best with each, how best to use exercise or other healing techniques for each body type, and some hyperlinks to pictures of people that present good examples of what each of the body types looks like for comparison with yours.

First, let’s provide some general information about body types. The body types are based on the astronomical bodies in our local solar system, starting with the Sun, then the Moon, then Mercury, and so on all the way to Saturn. The other planets, Uranus and Neptune and the planetoid Pluto only influence the main types of bodies. The recently discovered planetoids near Pluto will likely also have body type influences, but that’s a topic to channel in the future. For now, since any planetary body farther away than Saturn has only a small influence on a minority of people, we will concentrate on the main body types.

Most people have two body types combined, which means that their body reflects the characteristics of two different planets; for example, Solar and Mercurial, or Martial and Jovian. You will have to decide, unless you get some channeling, which two planets influence you and which of those two is dominant. It usually only takes a few minutes of reflection after you’ve read all of this material and processed it. We have included some links to images of some classic examples of each type to help you.

There are some people who show only one body type and some people who actually show three main body types. If you have only one type of body, it will be to facilitate a life task or karma. If you have three, one of them will have a small influence, usually 10% or less.

There are seven main body types. Less than 10% of the population is influenced by one of the three outer planets. We have listed them because they help explain the appearance and characteristics of some people more accurately. An example would be the famous Russian monk Rasputin. His Plutonian influence was revealed by his mesmerizing eyes, his high forehead and the fact that, although controversial, he still maintained a loyal following. We will discuss each body type and influence in depth using examples to eliminate confusion.

There are some very practical reasons for understanding body types. Everyone works best with a diet that suits them. That can be easily seen in a large home. You might have some martial types who love protein mixed with Saturn types who love a broad based organic diet and a Venusian who just loves sweets. That makes dinner planning interesting. Most families compromise as they go along, but understanding the unique needs of all parties makes things simpler.

Have you ever noticed that people seem to fall into patterns that work for them? Some people simply need to avoid meat, often preferring a vegan diet. When they eat meat, it seems to make them sick. Others thrive on milk and cream, or delicious desserts and sweets, while still others are carnivores, feeling weak and moody without regular intake of animal protein.

Some people love to jog, they can do 6-7 miles a day; while others crave resistance training, and the only thing that satisfies them is the muscle burn they get at the gym. Knowing your body types can help you understand what works best for you, making it easier to stay on the path to good health.

Here are some tips for reading this information.

Vision activates 65% of the neurons in your brain. Keep your eyes open and try to stop looking at things around you: it’s not possible; you are programmed to use your eyes for perception. That’s why you close your eyes to really taste, hear or feel, it allows more neurons to switch to that sense. So we suggest you use the hyperlinks to see examples of body types, even if you think you remember what some of these people look like.

Keep in mind that people can deliberately change their natural appearance. Marilyn Monroe is a great example; her hair was reddish until she bleached it to her signature platinum blonde. She also used makeup to hide her freckles. That’s one of the reasons why we also wanted to show lots of images of each person. Also look at the whole body, rather than just the face.

The public domain is the best place to see people in their natural state instead of advertising images. Ignore the occasional weird images of people or things that accompany our hot topics in public domain views. They are not relevant to these discussions.

Lunar is luminous. The skin is pale or appears to be illuminated from within. The face tends to be round. The body is curvy, but not tall; most moles are low to average in height. Think about how round the moon is in the sky; that’s the shape you’ll see on the Lunar face.

Moon men are pear-shaped. They are rounder around the hips and narrower around the chest than average. Their legs develop more easily than their upper body, and they can excel in cycling, running, or soccer more easily than in a sport that requires a lot of upper-body strength, like baseball. Now, while some women are born with the moon body type because they plan on leading lives that fit the stereotype, others may surprise potential lovers by having only a few of these interests, traits, or abilities.

Moon men tend to put on weight as they age; Lunar women only see their waistlines slowly expanding over time. The classic cartoon Betty Boop is a curvy petite classic lunar female body type. Wimpy from the Popeye cartoons is a male lunar type.

Moles can be naive and easily hurt or manipulated when they are young. They need to exercise their innate ability to see clearly the heart of an issue. If they don’t develop their perceptive abilities, moles tend to become cynical or depressed and withdrawn as they age.

Moles have sensitive faces and delicate internal organs; especially the liver, kidneys and intestines.

Moles love dairy products of any animal origin. They love dairy products so much that they may raise goats, yaks, sheep or cows to enjoy the freshest dairy products available. If they have another type of bodily influence that affects them; if they are partly solar, for example; they can drink soy milk to ease their allergy to animal milks, but they crave that milky texture. This includes cheese, yogurt, pudding, or ice cream, depending on the individual.

Moles are also often attracted to onions and garlic to help cleanse their digestive tracts. They want tasty foods that stick to the ribs, like root vegetables and nuts. Comfort foods are preferred over truly exotic foods, plain beer or wine over mixed drinks or fancy spirits. And yes, moles do enjoy alcoholic beverages, especially beers or grain-based spirits.

Moles are the body type most compatible with grain consumption. The Lunars invented breads and pastas and, in fact, the cultivation of cereals for food. Anyone who has ever enjoyed a freshly baked loaf of bread or a bowl of spaghetti has polka dots to thank.

The easiest way to keep your weight balanced is to cut back on servings of heavy foods and alcohol and increase your intake of lighter foods. Being overweight and drinking too much alcohol are big problems for moles. They need to eat foods that aid digestion and eat slowly. Drink in moderation or, if you can’t, get help to stop drinking alcohol altogether. Moles actually suffer little to no negative side effects from drinking coffee and tea, so they can be acceptable substitutes for alcohol.

Liberal consumption of vegetables, whole grains, and nonfat dairy products will offset the desire for so many denser foods. The lunar bodies seem to digest poultry, game birds, fish, rabbit, and eggs better than the meats of larger animals. Instead of trying to deprive yourself, eat more of the lighter foods you like before consuming the heavier ones.

Moles benefit from gentle walks with the dog, gentle tai chi or yoga, and meditation, rather than extreme forms of exercise. Moderation is the key to maintaining a moon fit.
