We live in a world where there are a number of inventions created on a daily basis, some useful, some not so useful. One invention that he had initially misjudged was dog clothing. I personally didn’t see a need for them, unlike humans dogs have an outer coat that helps keep them warm in colder weather and helps moderate their temperature in hotter conditions.

Adding clothes to a dog seemed about as useful as making a chocolate ashtray. It would never be used for its intended purpose and would just be a novelty item, or so I thought. When the outside conditions dropped and it was time to take our dog for a walk, I could see from his little face that he wasn’t really up for going out in the snow as I stood there wrapped in a scarf, hat, gloves and sweater. and jacket

Because of this, I went online and decided to do a quick Google search for dog clothes, I was literally amazed at how many companies there are today that supply dog ​​clothes. There was a whole range of amazing products to choose from in different colours, fabrics and even designer clothes. Our dog is part Italian which is why we decided he should have an Italian soccer jersey.

The product arrived in the mail pretty quickly and luckily there was still snow so we were able to make the most of it. We unwrapped the clothes and put them on Marco, our little dog, who seemed quite bewildered by the whole ordeal and initially seemed to look at me as if to say ‘what are you doing?’

However, when we left, he was very happy to have his new dog clothes on. Whereas before he had walked/run looking cold and sneezy, he now seemed very happy to walk/jog at a reasonable pace for much longer. Due to the new dog clothes, Marco was more than happy to snuggle up at my feet and relax while we sat down to watch the football. Italy played, but seemed to enjoy it.
