How is the word “Yoga” embedded in your DNA? Yogah Cittavrttinirodhah

This famous Patanjali sutra tells us a little more about what yoga is. It is true, that there is a big difference between being in yoga or doing yoga. In the West most people do yoga. That is, in an average yoga class, mainly yoga postures are performed. How is it that so many yoga teachers cannot teach people how to be in yoga, since this is where all the powers of yoga reside?

Patanjali only refers to yoga asana/posture in 3 sutras of his entire elaborate work. How is it that most of the yoga that is done in the West is based on doing asanas? The more advanced the poses, the better, especially for taking photos.

A Sanskrit synonym for asana is also the word NISADANA, which means to stay, to stop. You see, in ancient times yoga poses were done only statically, yogis would assume a pose and stay there for a long time. Is it possible that the power that resides in the word asana/nisadana is the same power that keeps most people ‘stuck’ in yoga postures?

For me, this is a clear example of how words and language can literally affect our DNA. The Sanskrit language is a perfect language, which means that there is no ambiguity in it. Letters – graphemes correspond to sounds – phonemes, this is called ideal phonemic spelling. On the contrary, it takes the English language, which is incomplete. Words have many underlying meanings, also words that sound the same but are spelled differently denote the same meaning. We cannot escape the power of words, it controls us at the deepest level.

In research reported in the book Vernetzte Intelligenz, Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his fellow scientists have proven that DNA can be reprogrammed by words and frequencies. This ability is well known by large companies around the world (Nike, VW, Pepsi, etc.).

In reference to the source of the book mentioned above, human DNA is our biological Internet and far superior to the artificial one. Yogic powers such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self-healing, the mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more have been scientifically researched and explained. In addition, there is evidence of a completely new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and without frequencies removing and replacing single genes.

DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body, but also serves as data storage and communication. Russian linguists discovered that the genetic code follows the same rules as all our human languages. They compared the rules of syntax, semantics, and the basic rules of grammar in particular. Human languages did not appear by chance but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

I invite you to discover the truth about what the practice of yoga really means. Don’t get stuck on words!
