Everyone wants a lean and hard body, but no one wants to do what it takes! If you’re willing to do whatever it takes, tune in and include this little combo exercise in your personal workouts.

Extreme Bodyweight Training!

If you’re looking for an extreme fat-burning workout that you can do without the need for a fully-equipped gym, then you should include the burpee/chin-up combo in your workouts. In fact, this unique combination can be a complete workout on its own if you so desire. Trust me, there is nothing to get you down on getting a good workout in when it comes to this little exercise.

So how do you perform the burpee/pull up combination? Well, to begin with, you will need the availability of a pull-up bar of relative height that allows you to make a good jump from the ground to hold on to the bar. Begin the combo by standing under the pull-up bar. From here you will perform a calisthenics burpee to begin the exercise.

To do this, you will stand with your feet shoulder-width apart in length. The first step of the burpee is to squat down to place your hands on the floor in front of you. Next, you’ll shoot off your feet and kick your legs back to extend your body into an upright pushup position. Third, you’re going to do a normal pushup from here. Once you execute the push up, shoot your feet again to bring them back under you in the squatting position. Finally, you’ll stand up, jump up to grab the bar, perform a pull-up, and return to the floor to start the process all over again.
